Chicken Dim Sum Soup

ingredients 4 people

• 4 to 8 chicken dim sum

• 1 head of red onion

• 4 tsp. soy sauce

• 1 sprig of lemongrass

• 1 bunch coriander

• 200 g of chicken breast

• 2 red peppers

• 1 sprig of mint

• 2 cubes of chicken stock.


1 Remove the first leaves of the lemongrass, rinse and chop. Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash and clean the peppers, cut them into rings. Put 1 liter of water to boil in a pot, dilute the stock cubes and soy sauce in it.

2 Cut the chicken breast into pieces. Add them to the pan with the lemongrass, onion, cilantro and a third of the pepper rings. Let it simmer for 10 minutes on low heat. At the same time, steam the dim sum.

3 Remove the coriander from the broth, grate the meat. Ladle the soup into 4 bowls, add the dim sum and serve hot, with mint leaves and the remaining chilli on the side.
* Prepare the dim sum recipe by replacing the shrimp with chicken.

To fold, form squares and bring the tops to the center, sealing the edges.
