Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 125 g Chinese noodles
- 100 g bean sprouts
- 60 cl chicken broth
- 3 black mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 carrot
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1 white leek
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon Maisena
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 3 slices fresh ginger or 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/2 tablespoon of vinegar
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Black mushrooms are soaked in 1/4 liter of boiling water. Then cut the chicken breast into thin strips, the carrot into small sticks, and the leek into rings.
- In a casserole or wok, heat the olive oil, then fry the chicken with the garlic, onion, ginger, carrot, leek and minced celery. Fry for a few minutes, then add the stock and cook for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Dilute the cornstarch with the stock and pour into the bowl. Add noodles, bean sprouts and rehydrated mushrooms. Season with salt, pepper, soy sauce and vinegar. Let it cook for a few more minutes. Ready !
