Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 125 g Chinese noodles
  • 100 g bean sprouts
  • 60 cl chicken broth
  • 3 black mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 1 white leek
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Maisena
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 3 slices fresh ginger or 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon of vinegar
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

  1. Black mushrooms are soaked in 1/4 liter of boiling water. Then cut the chicken breast into thin strips, the carrot into small sticks, and the leek into rings.
  2. In a casserole or wok, heat the olive oil, then fry the chicken with the garlic, onion, ginger, carrot, leek and minced celery. Fry for a few minutes, then add the stock and cook for 12 to 15 minutes.
  3. Dilute the cornstarch with the stock and pour into the bowl. Add noodles, bean sprouts and rehydrated mushrooms. Season with salt, pepper, soy sauce and vinegar. Let it cook for a few more minutes. Ready !
