-25cl vegetable broth
-1 teaspoon curry
-1 knob of butter

Preparation:
1. To start this recipe, first boil the pumpkin flesh with the butter in a pot.
2. Add the curry and mix everything, then pour in the vegetable stock. Stir and add a pinch of salt.
3. Transfer the recipe to the blender, then pour into a strainer to make the soup very smooth. Serve with nuoc nam.

Carrot and potato soup

-2 potatoes
-3 carrots
– 1 head of yellow onion
-1.5 liters of water
-1 teaspoon curry
-3 cloves
-1 pinch of red pepper

Preparation:
1. First, cut the carrots and potatoes into large cubes, then melt them in the bottom of a casserole with the chopped yellow onion. The olive oil is poured, and then the spices.
2. When the vegetables are soft, you can pour water over them. Put in the cloves. Let it simmer.
3. Finish with the chopped parsley. Serve your soup in bowls.

2. Add the spices, then after 5 minutes pour the water. Bring to a boil.
