Preparation

1

Start the tandoori chicken recipe at least 6 hours before eating. To do this, mix all the spices in a bowl. A book.

2

With the chicken, you can roll the thighs in the spices. If you chose to cook the tandoori chicken with a whole chicken, cut them into large pieces (thighs, breasts, wings) and mix them with the spices.

3

Brush the tandoori chicken pieces with a little olive oil. Store the chicken in the refrigerator in a plastic-wrapped salad bowl. This step allows the chicken to absorb the flavor of the tandoori spices.

4

To prepare tandoori chicken, preheat the oven to 200°C.

5

Place the chicken thighs in the oven on a baking sheet for 15 minutes. After these 15 minutes, remove the chicken from the oven to add the tandoori marinade. This step will result in a nice red color. Feel free to add olive oil.

6

Bake the tandoori chicken in the oven again for 15 minutes. At the end of cooking, make sure the chicken is cooked through.

7

Prepare the sauce to accompany the tandoori chicken. Squeeze the lemon juice into a bowl. Pour over the two natural sour milks. Chop the coriander and mint leaves. Mix the sauce well.

8

Serve the tandoori chicken thighs on a plate, with the bowl of Indian sauce. To flavor the chicken, pour the remaining lemon juice over the chicken.
